Warranty

Salli pillows are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

 

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in seams, zippers, foam, or filling
  • Material faults that prevent the normal use of the pillow

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from use, such as softening or flattening
  • Changes in appearance or structure caused by use, moisture, or staining
  • Damage caused by improper use, care, or storage

As pillows are hygiene products, natural changes over time are expected and are not considered defects.

 

Warranty period

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

Returns and rights of withdrawal

Due to hygiene reasons, used pillows cannot be returned.

We recommend trying our products at a SalliShop location whenever possible, where our specialists can help you choose the most suitable pillow.

 

Return conditions

  • Products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • According to EU consumer protection laws, online purchases include a 14-day right of withdrawal
  • However, as hygiene products, pillows can only be returned if the packaging remains sealed and unopened

  • Returns within Finland are free of charge once you receive a return authorization from our customer service
  • For international returns, shipping costs and procedures may vary depending on location
